Writers WALK

Join us for our Greenwich Village Writers Walk, a two hour walking tour that meets at the Washington Square Arch, Saturday mornings at 11am. This tour is similar to our Greenwich Village Literary Pub Crawl, but does not stop at any bars, and the only drinking you do is the kind with your feet (walking!).
All ages welcome.

From poets and folk musicians to world-renowned artists, Greenwich Village is a must-visit neighborhood for travelers curious about New York's counter-cultural history. On this village walking tour, uncover everything from architecture to the arts, and discuss famous neighborhood denizens, including beatniks, feminists, anarchists, jazz musicians, founder fathers, revolutionaries, folk singers, LGBTQ activists, and generally interesting folks Along the way, your guide offers up some telling neighborhood stories, and even recites poems written by famous locals.
